Providing our customers with quality products and excellent customer service has always been our top priority at Carolina Pottery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) purchased for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. Items must be received undamaged and in their original condition and a credit will be issued to the same credit card your order was processed with. Unless otherwise noted, customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Exchanges are only permitted in the event an item arrives damaged or is otherwise incorrect.

IMPORTANT: Outdoor cushions and pillows begin production immediately upon order and are made to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.

Items purchased online are not eligible to be returned at one of our Carolina Pottery store locations. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Store Return Policy:

Returns/Exchanges must done within 30 days of purchase.

A receipt must be presented with the return in order to receive a refund. You will receive your refund in the method of payment used to make the original purchase (must wait 10 business days if paid with a check). If there is no receipt, you may do an in-store exchange; no gift card will be issued. Custom orders (floral, cushions, etc.) are non-refundable.
