Dear Customers,

At Carolina Pottery we are devoted to customer and employee safety and are making adjustments to our operating procedures as well. We continue to monitor the situation with COVID-19 and will make continued adjustments as necessary

What we are doing:
We have implemented strict sanitation procedures in our stores, including practicing social distancing, frequent hand washing and sanitation, regular sanitizing of frequently touched surfaces (cart handles, credit card pin pads, door handles, etc), and requiring that any employees who exhibit any signs of sickness stay home from work

How you can help:
In the interest of keeping our employees working, we have decided to keep our stores open for the time being, but have adjusted our operating hours. We hope that our customers will continue to shop with us and support us over the coming weeks so that we can keep our stores operating and our employees working and paid. However, we do ask that any customers who are exhibiting signs of illness refrain from visiting our stores for the best interest and safety of everyone.

Customers can also continue to shop online, and we hope for them to be able to purchase gift certificates online soon that can be used in the future.

Thank you for your understanding and support!
Yours,

The Carolina Pottery Team
