Manager in Training - Columbia, SC

Assist Store Manager with executing store performance and operations, including the following areas:

  • Payroll
  • Scheduling
  • Customer Service
  • Receiving
  • Loss Prevention
  • Merchandising

Maintain active communication with store manager regarding customers, employees and other issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform specific tasks delegated by store manager
  • Delegate tasks to employees
  • Supervise and manage employees
  • Perform opening and closing tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience required.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Must be able to relocate.

Compensation:

Starting $30,000.00 annual
